Relationships Before Transactions
Buying or selling a home requires confidence in the person sitting across the table. My clients know they will receive honest advice—even when it's not the easiest conversation to have.
Sometimes that means recommending a different home.
Sometimes it means waiting six months before selling.
Sometimes it means advising against an offer.
My responsibility isn't simply helping clients complete a transaction.
It's helping them make good decisions.
I believe trust is earned through transparency, preparation, and always putting my clients' interests first.

Every Dollar Matters
Real estate negotiations involve far more than price.
Inspection issues.
Appraisals.
Financing.
Possession dates.
Repairs.
Contract structure.
Having spent decades negotiating complex infrastructure agreements involving municipalities, engineering firms, property owners, and Fortune 500 companies, I've learned that successful negotiations aren't about winning arguments.
Creative solutions.

Turning Information Into Better Decisions
My engineering background influences every transaction.
Before becoming a Realtor, I spent nearly three decades solving technical and business problems where millions of dollars depended on understanding complex information.
That same analytical approach now helps my clients.
I evaluate market trends, comparable sales, neighborhood dynamics, future development, financing options, inspection reports, and investment potential with the same disciplined process I've used throughout my professional career.
Data never replaces EXPERIENCE.
"Professional. Responsive. Easy to Work With."
Buying or selling a home should not feel overwhelming.
Clients consistently tell me they appreciate my calm approach, responsiveness, organization, and willingness to explain every step of the process. I believe communication is one of the most valuable services a Realtor can provide.
Questions deserve answers.
Phone calls deserve responses.
Problems deserve solutions.
Whether helping a first-time buyer, an experienced investor, or a family preparing for their next chapter, I strive to make every transaction organized, informed, and enjoyable.

One of the lessons I heard most growing up came from my mom: "Never forget where you came from."
As the years have passed, I've come to believe there's one important addition: "Never forget where—or who—you came from."
My parents made tremendous sacrifices to provide opportunities they never had, including sending me to Regis. As a work-study student, I spent the summer helping move the school from its longtime campus on Lowell Boulevard to its new home in Aurora. At the time, it felt like endless work; today, I recognize it as one of the experiences that helped shape my character.
That summer taught me the value of hard work, humility, and service. More importantly, it gave me perspective. While I was moving desks, chairs, and classroom equipment, my parents were making far greater sacrifices to invest in my future.
Those experiences instilled values that continue to guide me today: work hard, honor your commitments, treat people with respect, and never stop learning.
My mother also taught me another lesson through her actions. She never missed one of my football games or one of my lacrosse games—not one. Her unwavering support showed me what commitment and loyalty truly look like.
Whether I'm helping a family buy a home, advising a municipality on wireless infrastructure, or building a business, I strive to honor those lessons every day. They remind me that success isn't measured only by what we accomplish, but by how we treat people and by remembering where—and who—we came from.
Dustin T. DiPentino is an entrepreneur, engineer, business strategist, and real estate professional whose career has been built on solving complex problems and helping organizations navigate change. With nearly three decades of experience spanning wireless telecommunications, engineering, public policy, real estate, and business development, Dustin has developed a reputation for bringing technical expertise together with practical business judgment and collaborative leadership.
A Colorado native, Dustin's journey began with humble roots. Raised with a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the value of education, he worked throughout high school to help pay his own way through college. Those early experiences instilled a lifelong belief that success is earned through hard work, integrity, and a willingness to continually learn and adapt.
After graduating from Regis Jesuit High School, Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver, laying the technical foundation for a career in one of the fastest-evolving industries in the world. Recognizing that leadership requires more than technical expertise, he later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, specializing in Entrepreneurship, while also completing the University's Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies. His education reflects a philosophy that combines engineering discipline with innovation, strategic thinking, and business leadership.
Throughout his professional career, Dustin has held leadership roles supporting some of the nation's most complex wireless infrastructure initiatives. His experience includes RF engineering, network optimization, infrastructure planning, capital investment strategy, wireless policy, executive communications, permitting, and stakeholder engagement. He has worked collaboratively with wireless carriers, engineering firms, municipalities, mayors, city managers, city council members, county commissioners, planning departments, state legislators, and transportation agencies to advance projects that require technical expertise, public engagement, and thoughtful leadership.
Dustin has also served as an expert witness and technical advisor on wireless infrastructure matters, supporting legal teams and organizations involved in complex telecommunications projects. His work has included technical analyses, engineering evaluations, and expert testimony for matters involving:Nextel, Sprint, Ericsson, and AT&T, helping translate complex engineering concepts into clear and understandable information for attorneys, judges, and decision-makers.
His experience extends beyond traditional wireless engineering. Dustin participated in the pioneering LightSquared initiative, an ambitious effort to integrate satellite communications with a nationwide terrestrial wireless broadband network. Although the project ultimately encountered regulatory challenges, it provided valuable experience with emerging technologies, spectrum management, and the evolving future of wireless communications.
Entrepreneurship has always been central to Dustin's career. Early on, he founded Supernova Solar, LLC, recognizing the growing opportunity in renewable energy well before it became mainstream. That experience reinforced his passion for innovation, business creation, and identifying emerging technologies that can transform industries and improve communities. Today, he continues that entrepreneurial spirit as the founder of DTD Enterprises Ltd., which includes DTD Wireless Services and Genesee Point Real Estate.
In addition to his engineering and consulting work, Dustin has spent more than 15 years as a Colorado Broker Associate, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential and mountain properties throughout the Denver metropolitan area and Colorado foothills. Through Genesee Point Real Estate, he combines his technical background, negotiation skills, and understanding of land use and development to provide thoughtful guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors.
Dustin has remained committed to giving back to the engineering profession. As a former member of the University of Denver Engineering & Computer Science Advisory Board, he helped bridge the gap between higher education and industry, providing guidance on curriculum development and preparing future engineers for the rapidly changing technology landscape.
Above all else, Dustin considers his greatest accomplishment to be his family. His three sons, each pursuing their own path while reflecting the family's commitment to education, perseverance, and service. Their oldest son is a proud Gonzaga University graduate, their middle son is attending the University of Denver, and their youngest is currently in high school. Supporting their education and watching them grow into thoughtful young men remains one of Dustin's greatest sources of pride.
Whether advising a municipality on wireless infrastructure policy, helping a client purchase a home, consulting on complex engineering matters, or building new business ventures, Dustin approaches every opportunity with the same principles that have guided him since his earliest days: work hard, treat people fairly, continue learning, and leave every project better than he found it.
